A MAN suffered a head injury after being hit by a vehicle in Tottington.
The pedestrian, believed to be in his 40s, was walking in Bury Road when the vehicle — as yet unidentified by the police — collided with him at around 7.20pm on Monday.
He suffered a laceration to the head in the incident.
Both police and the North West Ambulance Service attended the crash. However the driver of vehicle had fled the scene.
