A DRUG driver has been ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work.

At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Amaan Shah, aged 28, of Brookfield Street, Bolton, pleaded guilty to driving after taking cocaine and using cannabis.

The court heard how he was caught in a Toyota Yaris on the M60 at Trafford on April 6.

He also admitted having no insurance and possessing ketamine, cannabis and the drug Alprazalom.

In addition to the unpaid work Shah was banned from driving for 18 months, ordered to participate in 18 days of rehabilitation activities and pay £170 in costs and charges.
