YOUNG anti-bullying campaigners donned odd socks to celebrate what makes them unique.
Church Road School marked Anti-Bullying Week, the theme of which this year was "change starts with us".
And pupils wore odd socks to celebrate their uniqueness.
The school was one of many throughout Bolton marking the week.
Headteacher Deborah Docherty said: "We have a zero tolerance policy towards bullying of any kind.
"We feel that it is extremely important to teach children from an early age that bullying is not acceptable in any form and we try are best to equip the children with the knowledge, strategies and the confidence to deal with this should it ever happen to them."
She added: "All the children and staff at Church Road have had a great day wearing their odd socks and the staff feel it has been a fun way to re-enforce the important message to the children."
The school educates pupils how to stay safe and how to beat bullying.
The Anti-Bullying Alliance organises the annual week.
