WEEKS of jungle fever came to a skin-crawling close tonight in the final of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
Eastenders star Jacqueline Jossa was crowned queen of the jungle and campmate Andy Whyment, from Walkden, came runner up.
The last contestants, Corrie star Andy Whyment, soap star Jacqueline Jossa and Capital Radio DJ Roman Kemp, battled through their last bush tucker trials tonight to earn a final feast.
Coming in as the favourite to win Andy was put through the wringer in his own challenge tonight.
The Coronation Street star was forced to choose between luxury foods he's been missing for weeks, like prawn cocktails roast dinners and sticky toffee puddings, and disgusting jungle grub.
But the challenge was no match for Andy, who fearlessly snacked on insects, scorpions, camel hooves ad an anus to win stars for his campmates.
Fans have taken to social media to praise the actor, who is known for playing Kirk Sutherland.
Viewers have dubbed dad-of-two Andy as "the terminator", as well as naming him a "superhero", and describing his performance as "stupendous".
The star has provided some of the best comedic moments of the series, talking about his love for his Kia, Palma Nova and £6 hair cuts.
During his challenge tonight, Andy earned praise once again.
Got emotional because the public likes him. Loves driving his Kia. Taught Caitlyn Jenner about British culture. Just happy to be there. A lot of love for Andy Whyment #ImACeleb pic.twitter.com/RcXQ0GyL6E

Petition for Andy to have his own TV show. We need to see more of him as well as these iconic trips to Palma Nova & him going to get his £6 hair cuts in his 1.4 petrol Kia Ceed #ImACeleb pic.twitter.com/atkLr8f8oQ

Fans got emotional as the last few weeks of I'm A Celeb moments were replayed before their eyes, featuring the class of 2019's best including Caitlyn Jenner, Ian Wright, Nadine Coyle and more.
In third place was Roman, who left camp with a smile on his face after going to war with a pit of snakes during his challenge earlier in the show. He said he 'couldn't be happier' for the final two and called his time in the jungle the 'best experience of his life'.
The show came down to the final two - Jacqueline and Andy. The pair watched their best scenes of the show, with Andy tearing up as he spoke about his time on the show.
Andy said he felt 'honoured' to have made the final, hoping he made his children proud, adding that he would love to been crowned king of the show he's such a fan of.
He was called a 'pleasure to be around' by his former campmates, who said 'everyone needs an Andy in their lives'.
In the final reveal by Ant and Dec, Jacqueline was crowned as the new queen of the jungle, with her fellow stars saying she 'deserved' the win.
The public praised her victory, but the winner will always be Andy for some.
i do love Jac but Andy is the true national treasure and I won’t ever stop saying it #ImACelebFinal pic.twitter.com/yuEgfdfYys
