AN NHS worker accused of claiming nearly £6,000 in sick pay while secretly working at another job is due to appear at court in Oxford today.
Doris Nsah is charged with 'dishonestly failing to disclose information to make a gain for herself or another' while she was working for Oxfordshire's mental health board, Oxford Health.
The allegation is that between May 6, 2016, and May 16, 2017, Nsah failed to tell her employers that she was not only fit for work but working elsewhere.

The Crown Prosecution Service says that she was under a legal duty to disclose the information, and that, by failing to tell the trust, she intended to make a gain for herself – namely £5,915.78 in sick pay.
The 45-year-old who lives in The Crescent, Gloucester, is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court today.
The Cameroonian national faces a maximum penalty of a 12-month custodial sentence and/ or an unlimited fine.
