A BIG Four firm has been chosen to work on Radcliffe regeneration plans.
Deloitte LLP have been formally appointed to prepare a Strategic Regeneration Framework and delivery plan for the town.
Council leader David Jones said that Radcliffe remains a "significant priority" for Bury Council at a meeting last week.
He said: "It is imperative that we have a clear strategy which will provide the mechanism for the delivery plan setting out short, medium, and longer term proposals, to drive forward the sustainable and managed regeneration of the Radcliffe Township over the next 10 to 15 years.
"The aim is to secure benefits from this growth for all Radcliffe residents."
