THERE will be thrills and spills galore as a night of epic wrestling action returns to Prestwich.

Stars of WWE's NXT UK and the hottest wrestling talents from the North West will battle it out to take the glory as FutureShock gets 2020 off to a hard-hitting, heart-stopping and high-flying start at the Longfield Suite.

Anything will go in the night's bruising main event as former partners Big Joe and Damon Leigh will clash in a "falls count anywhere" grudge match that has been building ever since their Big & Brave tag team came to an acrimonious end.

The night will also see a battle between experience and wrestling's new generation.

In a showdown guaranteed to furnish a stellar bout, Callum Corrie will step into the ring to defend the FutureShock Adrenaline Championship title he lifted on his last visit to Prestwich in a face-off against former champ and veteran Joey Hayes.

Also appearing will be NXT superstars Zack Gibson and James Drake — collectively known as the Grizzled Young Veterans — fresh from their show-stealing matches in the USA for WWE, and reigning four-time FutureShock women's champion, Lana Austin, who is back for a tour competing in Japan.

The Live British Pro Wrestling event will take from 6pm on February 15, with doors open from 5am.

Tickets for the event start at £14, £10 for concessions or £35 for a family of two adults and two children; and are available for reservation from futureshockwrestling.com or by calling 07950396471, to be paid on the door.
