This red Audi was seized due to a 'doctored' temporary policy.
POLICE seized a vehicle after the driver tried to use a "doctored" temporary policy.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit spotted the red Audi on the M62, near junction 27 (Gildersome) at around 5.46pm.
The vehicle was stopped for checks.
The driver produced a picture of a temporary policy on his phone, which he said his friend had arranged.
A police spokesperson said: "It looked suspiciously doctored.
"A quick MIB enquiry confirmed it was fraudulent."
The Audi was subsequently seized.
The driver was also reported, as a result.
