A PATIENT was taken to hospital after a two car crash in rush-hour this morning.
The incident took place on Lammack Road at around 7.50am.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "We were called to reports of a two car collision where one had driven through a fence into the garden of a property.
"It was a minor injuries crash."
A North West Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at 7.54am to reports of a collision.
"We sent a rapid response vehicle, an advanced paramedic and an ambulance.
"There were two patients with minor injuries and one person was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital.
"We arrived at the scene at 8am and left at 8.37am."
