A DISQUALIFIED driver with 17 points on their licence had their car seized by police after an "unnecessary overtake".
Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Unit were out on patrol overnight in Bradford when they spotted the red Seat Leon.
The driver drew attention after making an "unnecessary overtake" of another vehicle.
Police stopped the car and the driver was found to be disqualified.
They also had 17 points on their driving licence.
The vehicle was seized and the driver was reported, as a result.
