A FITNESS day hosted by trainers in Whitefield has raised £1,800 for the Ruth Strauss Foundation for Lung Cancer.
Marco Papaleo and Mandy Labrianidis staged the event at Philips High's sports hall, with up to 80 attending and food donated by Nutri Grain Kitchen.
Zumba, yoga and pilates were also represented during the two-hour session, which saw a video message delivered by Andrew Strauss. The money can be added to around £1,000 already collected for the cause.
