MANY of us are now either working from home or self-isolating.
Quite rightly, there has been a lot of attention placed on how to look after yourself; be that getting enough exercise, caring for your mental health or fending off boredom.
And we want to know and see how the people of Gwent are getting on.
Have you used the time to connect with family? Learnt a new skill? Built something incredible (we suggest a fort out of blankets and pillows)?
Or if you're self-isolating due to either having the virus or displaying symptoms, we'd like to know how you're getting on too.
It's an extraodinary time for all of us and we're going to put together a piece that takes a look at just how much our daily lives have changed.
So send in your pictures and stories - they can be funny or serious.
If you want, you can remain anonymous but we'd love to see some pictures of everyone.
You can contribute using the widget below, by clicking 'add now'.
Keep safe and stay healthy.
Self-isolating? Let us know how you're getting on
We would love to see pictures and stories of how you're fending off boredom, learning a new skill or reconnecting with family.
