A fire broke out at a care home in Camborne this morning.
Two crews from Tolvaddon and a third from Hayle Fire Station were sent to a residential care home just before 7.25am.
Two appliances from Tolvaddon and one from Hayle responded to a confirmed fire in a residential care home.
A fire service spokesperson said: "The first attending crew confirmed there was a fire within a bedroom and proceeded to extinguish the fire using breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a covering jet."
Crews confirmed the fire was out by 7.45am.
One person was treated by firefighters and paramedics for smoke inhalation.
Details of the specific care home or its address have not been disclosed.
