The three men will appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on November 8.
A RADCLIFFE man has appeared in court accused of dealing in LSD.
James Andrew Warwick, 21, of Withins Avenue, has been charged over his involvement with 250 squares of the hallucinogen.
Warwick is also accused of possessing amphetamines and cannabis with intent to supply.
He is also charged with possession of ketamine and amphetamines.
His case was adjourned until June 30 because of the ongoing coronavirus crisis and he was released on bail.
