A WARNING has been issued to first-time drivers after a car was pulled over in Prestwich.
Special constables on patrol in the Heys Road area caused a vehicle to stop after being concerned about the way it was being driven.
And the officers discovered the driver was only a provisional licence holder, who was also uninsured.
A spokesman for GMP Prestwich said: "The driver had just bought the vehicle....but guess what - expired provisional licence & no insurance!
"Vehicle seized & driver summoned to court for all offences."
