A TEENAGER who carried out a carjacking later crashed the Vauxhall Astra he took into other vehicles.
The 16-year-old from Radcliffe, who cannot be named for legal reasons, robbed a man of the Astra on April 18.
He then drove the car recklessly in Stalybridge, colliding with a VW Golf in Corporation Street.
The youth pleaded guilty, before a Manchester youth court, to robbery, driving without due care and attention, having no licence or insurance, failing to stop after collisions with the cars and making off without paying for £15.03 worth of petrol.
The teenager was referred to a youth offender panel for 12 months and ordered to pay a total of £57 in compensation plus a £22 victim surcharge.
