A car was left badly damaged after it was hit by a truck in Prestwich earlier today.
Officers attended the incident at 11am this morning. Although the door on the driver's side had been crushed, there were no injuries.
The road was closed while police questioned those involved, but no arrests were made.
A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Police said: "Shortly before 11am today police were called to a report of collision involving a truck and a car on Bury Old Road in Prestwich.
"No one was injured during the incident. Both parties remained at the scene to assist police with their enquiries.
"Bury Old Road was blocked whilst police carried out their enquiries. No arrests were made."
