The UK's first socially distanced festival continues to wow music lovers as the eight-week long outdoor celebration has announced even more exciting acts for August.
Images taken from the festival's first weekends show the enormity of the site, and demonstrate how social distancing measures haven't stopped any of the guests enjoying the atmosphere, or the sunshine.
Gisburne Park Pop-up Festival, held in Gisburne Park Estate in the Ribble Valley will now feature a Proms in the Park style set each Friday until August 28, where guests can enjoy afternoon tea while kicking back to some live music from boogie woogie blues, through to contemporary Jazz.
And as if that wasn't enough, festival organisers have also revealed the line-up for the rest of August, which includes Solardo on August 22, Groove Armada’s Tim Findlay on August 15, Jackmaster on August 8, and Jonas Blue on the bank holiday weekend.
Event Director of Gisburne Park Pop-up Festival, Robyn Isherwood, said: “The events so far have been a huge success and we’re grateful to all the guests that joined us, and all of the staff that worked so hard to create a safe environment for everyone to enjoy themselves.
"All of our guests have been fantastic, and we’ve seen people really embracing the festival atmosphere in this new way from the comfort of their hexagon.
"We’ve got an exciting schedule lined up for August, including more acts to be announced for the bank holiday weekender and we’d encourage everyone to come and get involved, whether it’s a sing-a-long movie or Sunday roast with your family, to letting your hair down with our Party in the Park DJs.”
Proms in Gisburne Park take place every Friday from 11am until 3pm until August 28.
