A PRESTWICH man who assaulted a woman in front of children has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Connor Lee Molyneux, 24, was already the subject of a community order when he launched the attack on his partner.
Molyneux, of Kings Road, pleaded guilty to the July 29 assault and breaching a community order, originally given for criminal damage to a car wing mirror and causing an affray
Manchester magistrates imposed a 22-week prison term, suspended for 18 months.
Molyneux must undertake 26 days of rehabilitation activities and pay £85 costs with a £128 victim surcharge.
