A BARROW man will appear in court on Wednesday charged with two counts of fraud.
Matthew Howe, 20, of Low White Close in Barrow, will appear before South Cumbria Magistrates Court to face the charges.
He is alleged to have, on May 20, in Barrow, used a stolen bank card on two occasions.
He is alleged to have spent £74 on one transaction and another £20 on another, and has been charged with two counts of fraud by false representation.
The case was adjourned from an earlier hearing.
