A new school supplies competition has been launched by Mill Gate shopping centre
SEVERAL schools are competing for the chance to win some supplies for the classroom from one of Bury's main shopping centres.
Bosses at Mill Gate are staging a 'Skool Rulez Together' competition, where tokens can be donated by shoppers towards a school's grand total.
The primary schools vying for tokens are Chesham, Christ Church, Radcliffe Hall, St Bernadette's, St Paul's, Sunnybank and Woodbank.
Rivals are attempting to secure £500 worth of supplies. Shop receipts can be shown to obtain tokens at the customer services desk and donations can then be made to one of the seven names. he closing date for tokens to be accepted is October 19. Updates will be made via the centre's social media channels.
