A DERELICT house caught fire on Briercliffe Road, Burnley in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters from Burnley and Accrington fire stations arrived at the scene at around 3am.
Using three engines, jets and a hose reel they were able to bring the blaze under control.
Firefighters were eventually able to extinguish the blaze using a breathing apparatus and two hose reels.
