A popular Mexican-themed restaurant chain has reopened it's Bolton Middlebrook site.

Chiquito is now back up and running for dine-in, click and collect and for delivery.

The restaurant has put in numerous safety measures, such as social distancing signage, enhanced cleaning practises, mandatory health screening for team members and increased hand washing.

Digital menus are also available and contactless order and payment is encouraged.

Due to Tier 3 restrictions, Chiquito will be taking bookings of up to six guests from the same household and they must register their visit using track and trace.

During the first weeks of re-opening customers will be asked for feedback via surveys, so that the experience can be constantly improved.

Mark Chambers, CEO of the Leisure division, said: “We are delighted to be reopening this restaurant and very much look forward to welcoming back our guests.

"Our priority will be to ensure the health and safety of our teams and guests whilst providing a first-class experience.

"We are very pleased with the feedback we have received from returning guests so far and we will be monitoring feedback very closely to ensure we continue to deliver a great and safe experience.”
