A WINCHESTER man has been banned from the roads after he was caught drink driving.
Alfie Max Glover was caught drink driving on The Avenue in Southampton on August 16.
The 20-year-old was found to have 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to drink driving.
Glover, of Colden Common, was disqualified from driving for 19 months and fined £300.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
