POLICE have charged a Bolton man following the death of Steven James McMyler in Wigan earlier this year.
Lewis Peake, 21, of James Street, Little Lever, Bolton, has been charged with joint-enterprise murder and conspiracy to rob.
He becomes the fifth person to be charged following Mr McMyler's death in August.
Shortly before 7.50pm on Thursday, August 6, police were called by the ambulance service to reports of concern for a man outside Wigan Parish Church on Bishopgate, Wigan.
Despite the best efforts of emergency services, 34-year-old Steven James McMyler died at the scene.
Peake is set to appear at Wigan Magistrates' Court today.
Two men and two teenagers have also previously been charged with Steven's murder.
