Manchester Magistrates' Court
A MAN who used threatening behaviour towards another person has been fined £320 by Manchester magistrates.
Gary Thomas, aged 47, of Church Street, Horwich, committed the offence on October 16 and pleaded guilty when he appeared in court.
As well as the fine, Thomas was ordered to pay his victim £50 in compensation and he must also pay £119 in costs and charges.
