POLICE are investigating after a man was seriously injured in a suspected stabbing in Bury.
Officers were called to Rochdale Old Road, near Hoyles Park, at around 5.15pm on Wednesday, January 6.
Several police vehicles attended the scene where a man in his 30s was found with "serious injuries".
He was taken to hospital but later discharged.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers were called to a report of a wounding on Rochdale Old Road in Bury just before 5.15pm on January 6.
"A man in his 30s suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital and discharged the same day.
"No arrests have been made at this stage."
An investigation is currently underway but anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting log number 1838 of 06/01/2021.
