POLICE officers found a van stolen from Bolton abandoned in Bury on Wednesday.
Patrols attended the abandoned vehicle and after conducting checks they discivered that the Ford van had been stolen from Bolton.
The van displaying false number plates and had some damage, including a smashed window and a dent in the passenger door.
Greater Manchester Police said: "XQ11 patrols attended a abandoned vehicle in Bury, checks were conducted by patrols, the vehicle was stolen from Bolton.
"The vehicle was also displaying false plates."
