POLICE were called to a house on Saturday afternoon following the sudden death of a man, it has been confirmed.
Officers were sent to Boundary Road, St Helens at 3pm. They found a man in his 20s had died.
Numerous people reported police activity in the area, with up to three emergency vehicles nearby the house, which is close to the junction with Eccleston Street.
Following police enquiries, the man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: “We were called to a house on Boundary Road at 3pm on Saturday following the sudden death of a man in his 20s.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and the matter has been referred to the coroner.”
