WITH lockdown in full swing, most of us are desperate to return to normality and attend events once it is safe to do so.

If you want to start adding things to your calendar that you can look forward to, then we have just the thing for you.

This unique event is the UK’s first classic concert to take place in the hangar of one of the world’s rarest planes.

There are only 18 Concordes left in the world - including one at Manchester Airport.

The hangar will be bathed in candlelight and attendees will be able to enjoy musical masterpieces by the brilliant minds of Ennio Morricone, Henry Mancini, James Horner and John Williams, among others.

Indiana Jones Raider's March, Jurassic Park 'Journey to the Island', Titanic 'My Heart Will Go On', Pirates of the Caribbean theme, Harry Potter Hedwig's theme are just some of the musical scores on the hour-long programme.

Candlelight concerts have already delighted audiences in more than 80 cities worldwide, including Madrid, Paris, New York and Los Angeles.

Fever first launched Candlelight in 2020 when they saw a need to make classical music more accessible, aiming to reach a new demographic and create more affordable concerts for all.

However, this Manchester event is said to be their “most unique event” yet- will you be taking part?
