A MAN from Bury has been charged with the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl following an incident off Starkie Road, Bolton, on Wednesday evening.
The incident happened at around 9.30pm on June 9 in woodland off Starkie Road.
Luke Weldon, 25, of Bury, has been charged with the following offences: sexual assault on a female, breach of a sexual harm prevention order, and four offences of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under 13.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court on June 12.
