We’re delighted to announce this week’s winner in the Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw is Tom Finkill. Congratulations from us all at Made in Bury.

Leanne introduced herself to Tom and let him know it was ‘Wednesday’, but the penny didn’t drop until she said he was this week’s winner. He was over the moon that he had won and said it’s the best news he could have had.

Tom is a DJ, host and voice actor who lives in Bury. He purchased five tickets back in May and is an ‘Official Supporter’ of the draw. He is a real advocate in helping businesses in the borough.

Tom told us it was his wife, Gemma’s, 40th Birthday last weekend and as her present he’s taking her and the children to Florida and Disney, so the £2,000 will go towards making the family trip even more special and memorable.

Tom recently raised £13,500 for Royal Manchester Children's Hospital Charity and broke the world record for the longest online quiz show stream, 48 hours non-stop.

It was also the second week of the ‘Winning Weeks of Christmas’ Campaign. The draw was sponsored by Paws for Coffee in Bury. Karen Philips the owner was offering an afternoon tea for four with a bottle of Prosecco, K9 afternoon tea for two dogs, tickets for two adults and two children to the Howl-o-ween party and a doggy hamper, all worth over £150.

The winner of the Prize was Paul Dyke. This is the second time Paul has won in the draw. He also won £2,000 last July. He is a supervisor for Radcliffe, Pilsworth and Whitefield McDonalds.
