Accrington town centre fountains, 1963
A little boy is transfixed by one of the two fountains which were a feature of Accrington town centre in the Sixties.
This picture as taken in 1963 and shows the fountain on Broadway with the windows of the market hall in the background. The fountains were removed in 1967. Do you remember them?
