Congestion to J18 (M66 / M62 Simister Island) heading Clockwise and also back to J20 (Higher Blackley) heading Anticlockwise. Closed since 04:30. Diversion: Via the exit and entry slip roads."
In a post by National Highways North West officer stated: "The #M60 is closed in both directions within J19 near #Manchester due to a police led incident. Traffic is being diverted via the exit and entry slip roads."
