An innovative new project is coming to Bury Library to help small business and entrepreneurs.

Workshops, events one-to-one help and advice sessions are on offer at the Manchester Road library for anyone interested.

There are three workshops, one-to-one help and advice sessions taking place which any business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs are urged to attend.

The first workshop, “Know Your Market, Get Competitive”, will be a half-day in-person workshop on Friday, September 1 from 10am until 1pm.

The second is for owners of a business that has been registered at Companies House for fewer than 12 months or for aspiring entrepreneurs with a business idea to develop.

This is a one-day, in-person workshop titled “Power Up Your Business!” with Wendy Breakell, one of the top 50 business advisors in the North West.

This will be taking place on Tuesday, September 6 and lunch will also be provided.

The final half-a-day in-person workshop is “Intellectual Property: Protect Your Assets. A half-day in-person workshop” on Thursday, September 8 from 10am until 1pm.

The workshops will take place at Bury Library and are only available for those in Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Tameside or Trafford.
