Metrolink has warned passengers that services from Bury will not run through Piccadilly this evening, Friday, due to a power outage.
The operator warned that tram services from Bury Interchange will cease at the Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop due to a power outage at Piccadilly Station.
For those wishing to complete their journey by bus, Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) has confirmed tickets will be accepted on 216 and 217 services.
Other affected services include those leaving Manchester Airport, Altringham, MediaCityUK and Ashton.
TfGM has advised passengers travelling to Old Trafford to use Market Street or St Peter’s Square.
⚠️ Due to a power outage at Piccadilly Station, there are no services running through Piccadilly. Services are operating:
