A heavy metal band from Wales will perform an acoustic set in a Bury town centre record shop cafe in Bury tomorrow, Thursday.
Skindred, formed in Newport, is marking the band's 25th anniversary with the release of their new LP "Smile".
As part of the celebrations, they will be entertaining an audience at Wax and Beans on Market Street and signing CDs and records.
The venue hope to accommodate up to 70 people for the gig, which will be free to enter with the purchase of a record or CD.
Skindred’s music combines heavy metal with elements of other genres such as reggae.
The band's signature move, "the Newport helicopter", where crowds swing their shirts over their heads and may cause a stir if acted out tomorrow.
Ben Soothill, who co-owns the venue, said he is "pleased to welcome such a huge band" and labelled the band's new album "fabulous".
