Two siblings have their generous mum to thank after receiving £1,000 each from the Made In Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw.

Codey Moran and his sister Lori-Ann won the prize with ticket number 21142.

Their mum Julie has five tickets in the draw, each allocated to a family member and has been a supporter from the beginning.

Julie, a director at Ramsbottom-based ISM Waste and Recycling, won back in December 2018 before her husband Jason scooped the prize in January 2021 and now her son Cody's ticket is the latest lucky winner.

Codey will be saving his half of the winnings, maybe treating himself to a new snooker cue, while Lori-Ann is likely to spend hers on a holiday break in January before heading back to university to continue her master’s degree.

ISM, which has backed the draw from the start, is a commercial waste management provider.

The firm's award-winning waste management and recycling services are available to companies of all sizes across Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

If you’d like to win like Codey and Lori-Ann, go to www.draw.madeinbury.co.uk for tickets.

The draw is a not-for-profit scheme with funds raised from the draw supporting start-up businesses in Bury with training and interest free loans.

There are 2,400 tickets available and for £2 per ticket per week, you have a chance to win £2,000 every Wednesday.
