A borough farm shop has been praised for showing its support for Oldham Mountain Rescue Team (OMRT).

In the last year, Albion Farm Shop and Cafe in Delph has raised money for the team to go towards its essential operational funds.

The money was amassed from raffles and collections.

OMRT leader Rob Tortoishell said: ”Thank you so much to all the customers of Albion Farm Shop and Cafe and to all the staff, whose support is invaluable to us.

“The team is run almost entirely by generous public donations and local community support such as this which help us remain operational for the future.”
