A man who racially abused his neighbour has been sentenced.
Robert Matthews, of Lichfield Drive, Bury, committed the offence in January 2022.
The 54-year-old pleaded not guilty to the charge.
But he was found guilty after the case was heard at Tameside Magistrates' Court.

Matthews was handed a 12-month community order and must complete 25 rehabilitation activity requirements days.
He was also fined £218 and ordered to pay £107 in costs, a £95 victim surcharge and £100 in compensation.
A year-long restraining order was made against him too.
