ID cards: A Shameless decision?
MANCHESTER seems an unlikely place for the introduction of ID Cards — the Government’s long-touted panacea for rising crime rates.
Perhaps our Home Secretary has been prejudiced against this comparatively law abiding city by viewing too many episodes of the popular drama series, “Shameless”?
In reality, it is Liverpool or Glasgow that would benefit most from their swift introduction.
