WHY does everybody seem surprised that Alan Duncan MP, Shadow Leader of the House of Commons, has spent so much public money tending his garden?
Having seen the lie of his land, I can assure you that gardening of the sort that this millionaire Tory enjoys does not come cheap. Whether we should be paying for it is another matter!
