BURY-based Prestige Insurance Management is certainly living up to its name.
For Letinsure.co.uk, a trading style of the company, has been shortlisted in the “insurance services” category for the national Landlord & Buy-to-Let awards being staged this month in Birmingham.
Prestige Insurance Management Ltd was launched in 1998 by Steve Burrows and Chris Dickinson.
“We recognised that our customers had additional properties that were rented out,” said Mr Burrows.
“Letinsure.co.uk was set up in 2004 and has developed into a one-stop-shop for landlords’ products. Our addition of tenant referencing, including ID validation in this current climate of identity theft, is proving particularly successful.
“We moved to our current premises four years ago and already we are at maximum capacity with no more room to expand our staff base.”
