HOTEL occupancy levels in Manchester increased in 2010.
Research by Visit Manchester, the tourist board for the Manchester city region, revealed that the average hotel occupancy in the city centre for 2010 was 71 per cent, compared to 68 per cent in 2009. Across Greater Manchester, the average occupancy level was 69 per cent, up from 67 per cent in 2009.
