SMALL and medium-sized enterprises in Bury can apply for grants of up to £12,500 to improve their energy efficiency.
Grants are being offered by GC Business Growth Hub, to pay for half the costs of projects priced between £2,000 and £25,000.
This can see old equipment replaced with more modern, energy-efficient kit.
Such a move could see SMEs reduce their energy bills by more than 50 per cent and boast of their green credentials.
Kevin Lambert, resource efficiency lead for GC, said: "The application process is simple and we will respond within 24 working hours to confirm your eligibility and get things moving."
