A CREATIVE agency in Radcliffe has rounded off 2019 nicely with two awards at a Greater Manchester gathering.

Colleagues at Think Design were named both the best brand agency and best search engine visibility prizes at the Talk of Manchester (TOMs) Awards recently.

Paul Grogan, managing director, said: "I'm so proud that we walked away with two awards at the TOMs.

"The fact that we were nominated and voted for as part of a public vote means so much to us.

"As an agency we have grown significantly over the last 18 months with incredible client wins and new members in our team.

"To end 2019 with these amazing awards is the real icing on the cake for us and we can’t wait for 2020."

The TOMs are now in their fifth year and celebrate the performances of exceptional outfits across the region.

Meanwhile to further cement their standing the Turks Road firm has unveiled a new appointment.

Kristina Dooley is joining the agency, which specialises in brand positioning and design, marketing communications design, website design and development, and digital support post-launch, as business development manager.

She has 13 years experience, gained from a host of agencies, to bring to the newly-established role. Kristina has previously worked at McCann Manchester and for outfits in London.

One of her key attributes is said to be strategy and she garnered awards for her work on the digital transformation of the Great Western Railway.

Bosses say her new role will involved raising the profile of the agency through "making new connections and developing existing relationships, leaving the creative team free to focus on client work".

Kristina said: "I was drawn to Think Design for the same reasons our clients are – outstanding creative, fantastic value, demonstratable ROI and excellent customer service, backed up with high client retention rates. I wanted to be part of an ambitious team with like-minded people, and Think Design ticked every box for me."
