ADMINISTRATORS have been called in for a cafe bar in the centre of Ramsbottom.
Preston-based Marshall Peters were appointed for the XLII Ramsbottom Cafe Wine Bar, in Bolton Street, just before Christmas.
And it has now emerged, following a meeting called by director Susan Greenwood, that the business is being officially wound up.
The firm, which was first incorporated in March 2015, has entered into creditors voluntary liquidation, according to a notice placed in the London Gazette.
No accounts had yet been filed for the company for 2018-19 but the equity was £25,194 the previous year.
The announcement comes days after it was confirmed that the former RBS premises in Bridge Street look set to become the latest Ramsbottom premises to host a cafe and wine bar.
