A BURY College student secured a work experience placement at a local radio station.
Stephen Greenhalgh, who is studying A Level Film Studies, Biology and History at Bury College, secured a week-long placement at Bolton FM.
The 17-year-old who went to The Derby High School, said: "I really enjoyed my experience at Bolton FM, especially learning how to use different editing software.
"I would really like a career within the film industry so having my first experience working within a media setting and gaining industry knowledge has been great."
Stephen, who is from Little Lever, Bolton, wants to go on to study film at the University of Salford.
He created a pre-recorded show while at Bolton FM which will form part of his portfolio of work.
