RADCLIFFE Athletic Club’s Karen Doherty got into the festive spirit at the Longridge Christmas Pudding seven-mile race.
She completed the tough, undulating course on the country roads over the beautiful Longridge Fells near Preston.
All finishers received a Christmas pudding and Doherty clocked a course personal best of 1hr 11mins 13secs.
In a quiet week of running for the club, several members also took part in the popular Saturday morning 5k parkruns.
Rob Shiels was fifth in 21:20 at Hyndburn parkrun, while Sheila Jones was the fastest VW65 at Peel parkrun in Salford, running 23:33.
Kathryn Davies ran 28:10 to finish first VW55 at Bolton parkrun and Tracy Wroe ran 36:34 at Worsley woods.
Ian Harris celebrated his birthday with a time of 37:58 at Heaton parkrun, where Jen Entwistle also ran 30:33.
