LILLIAN SOUTHERN (nee Wall) The devoted wife of the late Ernest passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 7 aged 85. Beloved mother of Gillian and Sandra, much loved grandma of Duncan and Richard, mother in law of David and Keith and loving sister to Florence, Fred, Jim, Alan, Irene, Arthur and Beatrice and the late Gladys, Albert and Bob and sister in law to Ida and all nieces and nephews. God looked around his garden, And found an empty place, He then looked down upon this earth, And saw your tired face, He put his arms around you, And lifted you to rest, God’s garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best The Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, April 22 at East Lancashire Crematorium Radcliffe at 11.00am.
